So many of Whovians can relate to Donna, I don’t know how people hate her. This scene was tear city for me.

I know for sure that many can relate to how she feels.. We all need to love Donna for being our ginger front-figure! 

I can’t believe people hate her!! Why would you do that???!!

Because she wasn’t on her teens-early twenties. Because she didn’t idolize the Doctor. Because she didn’t fall in love with. Because she didn’t act as the typical NuWho companion with the adoring eyes and the badly-hidden crush. Because she didn’t accept everything the Doctor did as right. Because she rejected the Doctor’s offer at first.

But, to be honest, I think it is because, at the end of the day, she was the most important woman in the universe — not Rose, who absorbed the time vortex and crossed a parallel world to be with the Doctor, not Martha who walked the Earth for a whole year to develop a plan to save the universe and laughed at the face of the man who tortured her family and could potentially kill her. But her, Donna Noble, who had to shout at the world just to be heard.
